Do credits expire?
No. Credits never expire. Finished videos are kept for 30 days.
What if my video fails?
Failed, timed-out or safety-blocked renders return your credits automatically — you can retry with a different photo.
Can I get a refund?
Clear technical problems: contact us within 7 days of delivery for one free re-run, then credits back if it still fails. Unused credit packs: refund within 7 days of purchase if no credits were used. Results you simply do not like are not refundable. Details on the Refund page.
Do styles cost extra?
No. Original, Cowboy and Pet cost the same: 10 credits (one video) each.
