Refund Policy

We want you to get a video you like. Here is exactly what we refund and when.

1. Failed renders are free. If a video fails, times out, or is blocked by our safety filter, the credits go back to your balance automatically. You do not need to contact us.

2. Clear technical problems. If your finished video has a clear technical problem, such as a badly distorted face, the person missing, or a file that will not play, email us within 7 days of delivery. We will re-run it once for free. If the re-run still fails, we return the credits.

3. Unused credit packs. If you bought a credit pack and have not used any of its credits, you can ask for a refund within 7 days of purchase. We refund the original payment method and remove those credits from your balance.

4. Billing mistakes. If you were charged twice, or charged but did not receive your credits or video, tell us and we will refund or fix it.

5. What we do not refund. We do not refund credits you have already used on a video that rendered successfully. AI results can differ from your photo in face, hands, motion, or style, so a result you simply do not like is not a technical problem. Deleting a file after delivery is not a reason for a refund.

6. Credits and files. Credits never expire. Finished videos are kept for 30 days, so please download yours. Your uploaded photo is deleted within 24 hours.

7. How to ask. Email hello@bbywowgenerator.com with your order email and the date of purchase (and the video link, if it is about a video). We reply within 2 business days. Please contact us before opening a chargeback, because that can pause your account.
