Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

bbywowgenerator.com is operated by Owen, an individual based in the United States. You must be 18 or older to use the service.

Description of Service

We turn one photo into a short dance video. Videos ship without the original audio — add the trending sound inside the app you post to. You may use finished videos for personal and commercial purposes. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

AI-Generated Content

Every video we make is generated by AI. It may differ from your photo in face, hands, motion, or style, and we do not promise a particular likeness or result. Label your videos as AI-generated wherever a platform asks you to. Do not present a video as real footage of a real event, and do not use the service to impersonate someone or to mislead people. BbY WOW is an independent fan-made tool and is not affiliated with the original clip or the song.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

To delete your photos or account, email hello@bbywowgenerator.com from the address you signed in with.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe on the intellectual property or other rights of any party.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Use the service to send spam, malware, or other harmful content.
• Upload photos of anyone other than yourself, your pet, or an adult who agreed to it.
• Upload photos of children, celebrities, or public figures.
• Upload photos that contain nudity, sexual content, or violence.

You may upload one photo of a single pet. Pet photos are kept for the same period as people photos.

We refuse uploads that break these rules. Serious violations lead to a banned account.

Payment and Billing

You buy credit packs as one-time purchases: Solo $6.99 for 10 credits, Squad $29 for 50, Crew $99 for 350, Party $199 for 900, and Studio $499 for 3,000. There is no subscription. One standard video (720p, 9 seconds) costs 10 credits; 1080p or a 15-second video each add 10 credits. Credits never expire. Refunds are described in the Refund Policy, which applies to every purchase.

Finished videos are kept for 30 days and uploaded photos are deleted within 24 hours. This is separate from your credits, which stay in your balance.

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may use finished videos for personal and commercial purposes.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you violate these terms. Serious violations lead to a banned account. You may close your account at any time by emailing us from the address you signed in with.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. This does not take away any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the laws of the country where you live.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the service.
